Roast goose makes for a very special Christmas celebration. We source our birds from Brisbourne farm in Shropshire, who we've dealt with for many years. Birds are presented oven ready, with vacum packed giblets and cooking instructions.
Goose is a rich succulent meat which naturally carries more fat than Turkey. We recommend you allow approx. 0.75kg per person, which will account for juices lost during cooking and give generous portions.
