Delivery & Collection

Fresh from the farm

Our weekday delivery dates are every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Weekday delivery is just £5.99.  All weekday orders will be dispatched on a priority (pre 12:00 midday) service. Delivery is free for all orders over £100. Our produce is cut from fresh and packed to order, so to allow enough preparation time we require all orders to be placed at least 3 days prior to your chosen delivery date.

Saturday delivery is £9.99 for all orders. This is due to the premium charged by our courier for a weekend delivery service.

We are pleased to be able to offer free collection from our farm via the Click & Collect checkout option. Please note that orders prepared for local collection will be supplied in ambient protective packaging. Click & Collect orders will be ready between 09:00-17:00 on weekdays and 09:00-12:00 on Saturdays. Please ensure you call ahead to arrange a collection outside of these times (01978 843152). Our postcode for collections is LL141UJ. What3Words: ///goose.until.places

Your order will be shipped by DPD Local, one of the UK’s leading time-critical couriers. Once we have despatched you order, you will receive a text  and email from DPD confirming the delivery date and a further message on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window. Alongside the 1 hour time window you can also instruct DPD to leave the order with a trusted neighbour or in a safe place. This gives you total peace of mind over your delivery. Please note that orders within a 15 mile radius of our farm may be delivered by a member of our team. For these cases it is not possible to provide a tracking email, however we will deliver your order between 09:00 – 17:00 on the chosen delivery day.

Your meat will be packed in a fully recyclable insulated box and chilled using ice sheets that will keep the meat fresh for up to 36 hours from the moment it leaves our farm. A small number of products are provided frozen by our supplier. These will be clearly stated on the product information. All other produce is cut to order and freshly packed.

Some products will be sealed in vacuum packed bags. We do this to keep the freshness of the meat and to ensure that juices from the meat don’t leak during delivery.

We take a great deal of care to ensure our packaging and deliveries have as little environmental impact as possible. Please try and re-use our delivery boxes wherever possible. The sturdy cardboard boxes are great for storing household items, or of course can be fully recycled. Our insulated ice packs are great to re-freeze and use for picnic cool boxes. The specialist foil box lining can be used to insulate all kinds of items, or even to use as protective bubble wrap for house moves or posting fragile items.

Every parcel that our courier, DPD delivers is also carbon neutral. They do this by measuring their CO2 emissions, by striving to reduce them, and by offsetting any remaining emissions.

Our farm also takes part in numerous biodiversity initiatives. These include wildlife corridors which allow native plants to develop along our hedgerows, encouraging insects and small mammals to thrive. We also take part in tree planting schemes to increase air quality and offset any of our carbon emissions.

We deliver to most of mainland UK. Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 but is free for all orders over £100. Saturday delivery is £9.99 for all orders.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, however we are hoping to provide this service in the near future.
