THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND PURCHASE OF GOODS FROM FARM & FORK THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AS A CONDITION OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH OUR FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. “WE” OR “OUR” MEANS FARM & FORK. “YOU” OR “YOUR” MEANS THE INDIVIDUAL USING, ACCESSING OR PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSITE.

  1. Prices, descriptions and availability of goods
    Whilst we regularly review our pricing, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information, prices and references. Many of our suppliers are independent, small-scale farmer/producers, therefore all products are subject to availability. When goods and products are temporarily out of stock we will either substitute the item and notify you  on your order note or contact you to arrange one of the following: a refund, a suitable replacement or to have the goods/products shipped to you at a later date. Any order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we maintain the right to decline orders without explanation.
  2. Sales tax
    VAT is not applicable to meat and poultry products ; Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. When applicable it is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU).
  3. Delivery
    A national courier is used for all other deliveries. All orders are shipped on a next day (before 5.30 p.m.) delivery on our stated dispatch/delivery dates. All goods and products are securely packaged in recyclable EPS cool boxes packed with ice which will stay cool for up to 36 hours. In the vast majority of cases your order will arrive from our butchery to your stated address within 24 hours, we will inform you if for any reason your goods are delayed. If they are delayed beyond the stated 36 hours or do not reach you at all we will arrange a full refund or replacement goods. Our couriers will require a signature in order to release the goods unless a ‘safe place’ has been stated by you or a request made to ‘leave with a neighbour’. Once someone has taken receipt of the order or the courier has left your order in your stated designation we do not accept liability for loss or further delay of the goods. Delivery charges are £4.99 or free for orders that exceed £100 in a single transaction. All orders placed through our farm shop section of the website are subject to this flat rate delivery fee as stated on the website and in the payment process.
  4. Payment
    Payment for orders made through the ‘shop’ section of the website will be taken at the point of order. All orders made through the ‘shop’ section of the website are subject to a flat rate delivery charge separate to that of the cost of the items you are purchasing, you will be clearly informed of the cost of delivery before payment is required.
  5. Cancellations and Refunds & Complaints
    As we are a small business selling perishable goods we can only cancel orders up to 48 hours before the delivery date. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the situation whether it be by way of refund, credit or replacement goods, this is entirely at our discretion. If you wish to make a complaint please email us via the contact us link on our website, we will do our very best to respond to your complaint as quickly as possible and try to resolve it. Your custom is very important to us and we are continually seeking to improve our service to you.

    Third party copyright, trademarks, brand and product names and titles on this website are recognised. This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of Farm & Fork. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, choosing products and placing order with us, is prohibited.  Framing this website is prohibited.

    The security of your financial information is extremely important to us. Online payment is dealt with by Streamline (Natwest) and using Handepay as the payment gateway, both industry leaders in online payment solutions. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in order to encrypt sensitive information during the payment process.
  8. Information Collection and Sharing
    We ask for certain details in our registration and payment processes such as your name address and contact information, after the necessary information is used for the payment and delivery of your goods we keep your records to make future transactions quicker and smoother for you. We adhere to the rules and guidelines as set out by the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not share or sell this information to  third parties other than as disclosed in this statement. The website also uses temporary Cookies used to track your searches, basket items and checkout details.
