Cumberland Pork Sausage


Made with locally sourced British Pork, white pepper and a generous serving of finely chopped sage. Perfect for Sausage and Mash or a great accompaniment to a good old fry up.

6-8 Sausages per pack (approx 450g), made from natural casings and hand linked.

Ingredients: ALLERGENS IN BOLD. 75% British Pork, Rusk (Wheat), Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Salt, Starch (Potato), Stabilisers (Diphosphates E450), Spices, Whey Powder (Milk), Dextrose, Preservative E221 (Sulphite), Yeast Extract, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavourings.
