Free Range Brisbourne Goose


Roast goose makes for a very special Christmas celebration. We source our birds from Brisbourne farm in Shropshire, who we’ve dealt with for many years.

Goose is a rich succulent meat which naturally carries more fat than Turkey. We recommend you allow approx. 0.75kg per person, which will account for juices lost during cooking and give generous portions.

Approx weight range 4.0kg-6.0kg.


These Shropshire geese graze and roam freely at Broomhill Farm in Shropshire and are reared without the use of growth promoters and additives.

Each bird is individually dry plucked and waxed then hung for 7-10 days in a chilled environment to produce a deep and succulent flavour. All birds are dressed and finished by hand.

Each goose will be presented oven ready with vacuum packed giblets and some fat. When delivered, store your goose and giblets separately in the refrigerator.
