Pig’s cheeks are great value cuts of meat best cooked by braising or slow cooking. The resulting meaty goodness is definitely worth the wait!

Cook on a low heat for a few hours and serve with mustard mash and a rich gravy.

    Absolutely brilliant! Pig cheeks are SO difficult to get hold of, even from your local independent butchers. Given that pork can be quite a dry meat with not much flavour, these were totally not what I was expecting. 25 minutes in a pressure cooker and these came out really tender, fall-apart and so tasty. With regard to the overall service, these were great value for money. I was able to specify a delivery day and was kept updated by text of the delivery itself. I’ve already recommended Farm & Pork to others and I will certainly be placing repeat orders.
