Alternatively knows as it’s American name, the Boston Butt.  This cut comes from the upper part of the shoulder from the front leg and may contain the blade bone. A prime cut that offers great flavour & succulence. Ideal for cooking low and slow in the oven, slow cooker or BBQ Smoker.

Available from 1kg to 5kg joints. Allow approx 300g per person.

Provided with skin on, but skin can be removed upon request (just add your preference in the comments box at the checkout).

    Made the most amazing pulled pork. We purchased the 4kg and had the skin removed and the fat trimmed. It was then slow smoked / roasted and pulled. The flavor was incredible. After living in the US for almost 40 years it was wonderful to come home and be able to replicate amazing BBQ.

    I had the pleasure of having one of these delivered recently. It was shipped promptly an packaged so well. The meat itself after being slow cooked on a weber kettle at 250f for 9 hours was incredible. By far the best pork shoulder I’ve ever had. Will be buying from again very soon. Thanks to everyone at farmandfork

    Best pulled pork I’ve ever had, so much better than regular shoulder. 4kg at 225f for 11 hours. I’ll be back for another soon.
