Porterhouse Steak


This cut is seen by many Steakhouses as the ultimate steak experience. Very similar to T Bone, but cut from the thicker end of the loin so it contains an ever larger portion of juicy Fillet that is joined on the bone with a flavoursome sirloin.

Grass Fed Welsh Beef Steak. Traditionally Dry Aged for 28 days – 1x Steak per pack

Grass fed, 28 day Dry Aged Porterhouse steak. 1x steak per pack, average 600g – 700g.
Please note, the weight of each steak can vary between 600 – 700g dependent on the bone density of the individual cut.
