CHRISTMAS INFORMATION
We have an excellent range of Christmas produce to help make your Christmas that extra bit special. Make up your own hamper with our individual products from our Christmas shop or choose one of our specially prepared hampers that are filled with everything you need for a perfect Christmas feast.

Q – How much is Christmas Delivery?
A-Weekday delivery is just £5.99 or FREE for all orders over £100. All Christmas produce will be delivered with a minimum shelf life of 4 days. Upon delivery, please ensure any perishable produce is refrigerated or is frozen if required.
Q – When is it best to place my order?
A – Due to high demand, our delivery slots will fill up fast. Stock may be limited and available on a first come first served basis, so please try to place your order as soon as possible**.
We receive many enquiries from customers wishing to take delivery of their Christmas produce prior to Christmas week for home freezing. This is a great way to ensure any unforeseen issues do not disrupt your Christmas dinner. The majority of our Christmas produce (including boneless turkey crowns) are available all year round and can be delivered fresh to your door in advance of the Christmas period to be frozen at home ready for the big day! (*with the exception of whole birds)
*If you would like to order any whole birds (e.g fresh Gressingham duck, Barn reared or Bronze Turkey) prior to the week commencing 21st December please contact us first, as these are only made available by our poultry suppliers the week before Christmas.
Q – What is your Christmas delivery schedule?
A – We are currently delivering up to Friday 22nd December. In order to allow us time to process and prepare orders, we ask that all orders for Christmas delivery are placed by Sunday 10th December. This order cutoff date may be subject to change dependent on the volume of orders received, so please place your order as soon as possible.
Q – How will my order be tracked and delivered?
A – We use our trusted and carbon neutral courier, DPD for all Nationwide orders. You will receive DPD delivery notifications and a 1 hour timeslot on the day of delivery, so please ensure you leave your mobile number when you order. DPD provide many delivery options, such as leaving the order in a safe place or with a trusted neighbour. If you live within a 15 mile radius of our farm your order may be delivered by a member of our team. In these cases it is not possible to provide any order tracking, but please be assured we will deliver your order before 17:00 on your chosen delivery day.

Free Range Bronze Turkey
We believe that our turkeys will provide you with the best taste and quality for your festive celebrations. Our bronze turkeys have been carefully selected from slow growing strains that are allowed to grow to maturity, which allows the meat to develop fully. They are bred for ‘good old fashioned’ flavour and texture. This is worlds apart from the modern fast growing, commercially processed turkeys that are stocked in many supermarkets.
On delivery each turkey will be oven ready with vacuum packed giblets and cooking instructions. Please store your turkey and giblets separately in the refrigerator. When your turkey arrives please don’t be surprised by the black stubs from the feathers, they are actually the best way to recognise a real bronze turkey and will shrivel during roasting.
Barn Reared Cheshire Turkey
Our locally sourced, barn reared Turkeys are kept in large, airy barns and are fed a diet of quality fresh grain. This ensures your Cheshire turkey has a succulent and tender flavour when cooked.
Free Range Brisbourne Goose
Sourced from Brisbourne Geese in Shropshire, these geese graze and roam freely and are fed on home grown feed without the use of growth promoters and additives.
Each bird is individually dry plucked and waxed then hung for 7-10 days in a chilled environment to produce a deep and succulent flavour. All birds are dressed and finished by hand.
On delivery each goose will be oven ready with vacuum packed giblets, some fat, and cooking instructions. Please store your goose and giblets separately in the refrigerator.
Gressingham Duck
Gressingham Duck® is bread and reared in the neighbouring counties of Suffolk and Norfolk. Ducks are reared free-to-roam in light airy barns with access to water for bathing as well as natural light and fresh air. Gressingham Duck® is a unique breed renowned for its superior taste and higher percentage of breast meat.
