Chateaubriand Beef Fillet


Beef Fillet is the most tender cut of beef because it comes from the least exercised muscle of the animal. The supreme flavour is complimented by being Dry Aged for 28 days before being cut to order at our on-farm butchery.

A classic, tender cut from the beef fillet. The ultimate cut for a luxury beef wellington, or cook as a centrepiece dish and slice into juicy, tender portions .
Minimum weight 1kg.
