Shoulder of Lamb


Slow cooked lamb shoulder is perfect for a juicy lamb roast. Lamb shoulder has more flavour and is easier to cook than lamb leg. Virtually foolproof, minimal effort, and incredible meat that is so tender that you won’t need a knife to carve it when slow cooked.

Lamb shoulder is a cheaper alternative to leg, but just as juicy and full of flavour.

Available from 1.5kg to 2.5kg (.5kg variants). Allow approx 300g per person for generous portions.
